How to merge PDFs in Chrome
Install PDF Editor Studio, pin it to Chrome, Edge, or Brave, then open the extension from the toolbar. The website can introduce the product, but the PDF work happens in the extension so document content stays on your device.
Choose Merge PDFs and add your files
Step 2
Select Merge PDFs, choose two or more PDF files, and place them in the rough order you want. Clear file names make review easier when the documents are contracts, invoices, scans, receipts, or application attachments.
Review and reorder pages before export
Step 3
After the files are combined, check the page thumbnails, drag pages into the correct order, and remove mistakes before exporting. This is where a Chrome extension workflow is useful because you can keep editing the merged document instead of downloading and reopening files.
Finish the combined PDF
Step 4
Add signatures, text, stamps, highlights, images, redactions, or notes if the merged file needs final work. Export the finished PDF before refreshing or closing the extension page.
Work offline after installation
Step 5
Because PDF Editor Studio is a browser extension workflow, normal document editing can run locally and offline after the extension is installed. There is no cloud PDF editing server receiving your PDF pages, text, signatures, annotations, or merged files.
